We use Gottman's Relationship Builder to create a snapshot of your relationship satisfaction, identify your strengths and weaknesses, and provide tailored recommendations for improvement.  We also leverage the Gottman library of research-based exercises and videos to help create sustainable love.

Relationship Checkup

All relationships can be improved, changed, and deepened, with a little support.  That's where we come in!  We use the enhanced version of the Gottman Method assessment to offer precise help for your unique relationship.  Whether the goal is to disarm verbal conflicts in communication, increase intimacy and respect, remove barriers that encourage stagnancy, or reignite the passion or connection within your relationship.  This checkup is for you!

$549 (4 x 80 min sessions + comprehensive assessment)

Pre-marital Counseling

Are you a newlywed? Did you just get engaged or are seriously considering walking down the aisle?

We are certified in a research-based model (Prepare-Enrich) designed to help you explore the pressure points in your relationship before you say “I do”. The Prepare/Enrich model allows couples to take an assessment to uncover your strengths, identify any areas you could use support in, and set your marriage up to succeed and survive long-term, in spite of the odds. .
