In relationships, there is often each partner's side of the story and then the truth.  Why do we say that?  It's because each person experiences the same event or situation, through their own perspective.  This includes how actions are interpreted, any biases that are internalized, and any traumas that may be triggered during each interaction!  That is why the truth lies in-between the two experiences and the facts of the situation.

In today's episode, we talk about:

✨ The baggage that each person brings into a relationship

✨ How we experiences interactions with our partners through our own personal "filters"

✨ The importance of seeking understanding of each other's point of view

✨ The difference between reacting and responding

✨ and much, much more!

As they say, there are two sides to every story  and that will always be!  always has been, always will be.  Because no two people on the planet view the world through the same lens, so each side to every story are both “right"!  And that is because their judgement of what is “right” is based on each of their own lens’ making neither one of them wrong!
