We have a great episode for you all this week…no seriously!  Who knew that picking granite would create such drama 😲😲!  We dive into the importance of conflict resolution and how the little things do matter.

In today's episode, we talk about:

✨ Addressing the small disagreements when they occur

✨ How small disagreements act as warning signs for bigger issues and arguments

✨ When passive aggressiveness interrupts effective communication

✨ Why avoidance doesn’t work when you’re mad

✨How to identify when things just aren’t working

✨ and much, much more!

Complacency is the enemy of growth and connection and “business as usual” doesn’t mean it works forever.  Feelings of overwhelm can build up if a spouse/partner feel like they are having to do it all.  Or resentment, if a spouse/partner feels excluded.

Even after 15 years of marriage, conflicts do come up and that’s normal. It’s more important to focus on how the conflict is handled rather than the fact that the disagreement occurred.
