A: The cost for the group is $175/couple for all 6 weeks. The price includes the couple online assessment and any workbook activities or additional resources. Q: What if we can't come to all of the group sessions?
A: Even if you miss one or two groups, you will still benefit from joining this group. Homework will be given after each session to reinforce and promote the growth within your relationship.

A: Absolutely. This group is all about strengthening relationships and everyone in a committed relationship should have a growth mindset!
Q: Our relationship is really struggling. Will we mess up the group?
A: There are certain relationships that are better suited for one-on-one therapy. After each partner completes their online assessment, we will have a better idea of how to proceed and will reach out to you directly, prior to the start of the group.

A: All of your information is confidential. We will not share any of your personal information with the group. We would encourage you to actively participate and engage so that you can get the full benefit of being a part of the group. Also, the online format may help provide anonymity that can increase your comfort and lead to honest discussions, but it will require some courage on your part. Rest assured that we, and the group, will do our best to support you without judgement!
Q: Will members come and go?
A: No because this is a closed group. The couples you start with will be the same ones for the entire duration of this group. Space is limited to foster an environment of community, so no new couples will be added (although members have the autonomy to leave at their discretion).
Q: When will the group start?
A: The first group session will be on Thursday, February 7th, 2025. Registration is open until January 31, 2025 (or until we have reached the max number of couples for this cohort) so that you have ample time for everyone to be heard.
