Exploring one light setup from above. With the movie black panther being in the theater, I wanted to create a portrait to reflect the excellence this movie portrayed.

At the end of last year I realized that I had not picked up my camera that often. I decided this year to develop my skills more and embarking on the Dogwood 52 week challenge. Each week I will have a specific type of portrait I would need to take and I will post so you can see the development of my portraits……

My first Self portrait. “A Man with Many Hats”. The idea I came up with this photo was to show the many layers and hats i use. It took me about 35 minutes to do this portrait.
