Individual Therapy- $150/per session

Individual therapy for women navigating co-parenting, family dynamics, identity, and the weight of holding it all together. Available to women across all of Texas via telehealth.
Couples & Family Therapy - $200/per session
75 minutes per session · In-Person · Virtual · All of Texas via telehealth
For couples and families stuck in cycles of conflict, disconnection, or resentment. Includes couples therapy, co-parenting therapy, and parenting therapy.
OUT-OF-NETWORK BENEFITS & SUPERBILLS
Ra'Shunda does not bill insurance directly, but as an out-of-network provider, she can provide a superbill upon request. A superbill is an itemized receipt with the diagnostic and procedure codes your insurance company needs to process a reimbursement claim. Many PPO plans and some HMO plans offer out-of-network mental health benefits that cover a portion of therapy costs.

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of therapy before your first session. Ra'Shunda provides this upon request. Ask during your free consultation and one will be sent before your first appointment.

Yes. All therapy services are available virtually via telehealth to anyone in Texas. Ra'Shunda is licensed in Texas and sees clients across the state.

Coaching is structured support focused on tools and communication skills, not governed by clinical licensing.
