Individual Therapy- $150/per session

Individual therapy for women navigating co-parenting, family dynamics, identity, and the weight of holding it all together. Available to women across all of Texas via telehealth.
Couples & Family Therapy - $200/per session
75 minutes per session · Virtual · All of Texas via telehealth
For couples and families stuck in cycles of conflict, disconnection, or resentment. Includes couples therapy, co-parenting therapy, and parenting therapy.
Soft Power Women’s Group- $50/per session
Virtual group therapy · All of Texas · Enrollment by cohort
A virtual therapy group for women who over-give, avoid conflict, and feel guilty for having needs. Current cohorts are closed. Contact Ra'Shunda to join the waitlist for the next cohort.
OUT-OF-NETWORK BENEFITS & SUPERBILLS
Ra'Shunda does not bill insurance directly — but as an out-of-network provider she can provide a superbill upon request. A superbill is an itemized receipt with the diagnostic and procedure codes your insurance company needs to process a reimbursement claim. Many PPO plans and some HMO plans offer out-of-network mental health benefits that cover a portion of therapy costs. Contact your insurance provider and ask: "Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits and what is my reimbursement rate for individual therapy?" Aim for Healing Therapy also accepts HSA and FSA cards — therapy is a qualified medical expense under most plans.

Aim for Healing Therapy is a private pay practice. Ra'Shunda does not bill insurance directly. As an out-of-network provider she can provide a superbill upon request, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Some clients with PPO plans receive partial reimbursement this way. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of therapy before your first session. Ra'Shunda provides this upon request. Ask during your free consultation and one will be sent before your first appointment.

Sliding scale is not currently available. If cost is a barrier, Ra'Shunda is happy to discuss what options make sense during the free consultation.

Yes. All therapy services are available virtually via telehealth to anyone in Texas. Ra'Shunda is licensed in Texas and sees clients across the state.

Coaching is structured support focused on tools and communication skills, not governed by clinical licensing.
