All coaching services are provided by Jason and Ra'Shunda Adams through The B-Side of Marriage · IdeallYours, LLC. Coaching is not therapy and does not bill insurance. The discovery call is always free.

A free conversation to figure out whether coaching is the right fit and which service makes the most sense for where you are right now. No pressure, no obligation.
Couples Coaching - $250/per session
75 minutes per session · Virtual · Jason and Ra'Shunda
Each session includes active coaching with both Jason and Ra'Shunda present, a brief recap, and next steps. Both perspectives in the room every time.
Premarital Coaching - $1799/6 session package
Six 90-minute sessions · Virtual · PREPARE/ENRICH included · TwogetherinTexas approved
Package includes the comprehensive PREPARE/ENRICH assessment for both partners, six 90-minute sessions with Jason and Ra'Shunda, session notes after each call, and a TwogetherinTexas completion certificate. Payment plans may be available.
Marriage Intensive - $2500/per session
6-hour full-day experience · In-person or virtual · Custom to your situation
Includes a written pre-intensive assessment for both partners, six hours of active session time with Jason and Ra'Shunda, a session summary with key takeaways, and one follow-up session two weeks after.
Payment plans may be available for premarital coaching. Ask during the discovery call.
Coaching services do not bill insurance and are not covered by HSA or FSA. Payment is due at time of service.

No. Coaching is not a licensed clinical service and does not qualify for insurance reimbursement. If you need a clinical service that may qualify for out-of-network reimbursement, therapy with Ra'Shunda through Aim for Healing Therapy, PLLC may be a better fit. See therapy rates.

Coaching is structured support focused on tools, communication skills, and accountability, no diagnosis, no treatment plan. Therapy is licensed clinical work. Ra'Shunda provides licensed therapy through Aim for Healing Therapy, PLLC separately from coaching. Not sure which fits? The discovery call helps figure that out.

That depends on what you are working on and how deep the pattern runs. Some couples see significant shift in six to eight sessions. Others work longer. The discovery call gives you a clearer sense of what to expect for your specific situation. Ra'Shunda and Jason do not commit you to a set number of sessions upfront.

Both options are available. Couples coaching works best with both partners present. But if your partner is not ready, one person can still start — changing how you show up changes the dynamic between you. The discovery call is a good place to talk through what makes sense given where your partner is right now.

Couples coaching is session-by-session work over time. You bring what is happening and Ra'Shunda and Jason help you work through it and build skills between sessions. The intensive is a single full-day experience for couples who need to move faster or go deeper than weekly sessions allow. Not sure which fits? That is exactly what the discovery call is for.

You do not have to have already decided to stay for this work to be valuable. Ra'Shunda and Jason will not tell you what to do — they will help you get clear enough to decide for yourself.
